ECS St. Barnabas Mission is seeking part-time Residential Assistants to support families living at our shelter residence. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred); 3 years experience working with the homeless or other at-risk populations (shelter experience a plus). Residential Assistants must have excellent interpersonal skills, good writing skills and the ability to work flexible hours. On-call RAs may be asked to cover 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift at $10.00 per hour ($10.50 for weekends). We offer tuition reimbursement, bonuses and 401K for both full and part-time workers.
